This day was first celebrated in 1965 and falls on May 12th every year, the birthday of Florence Nightingale, the founder of modern nursing.
Nurses are the backbone of healthcare and play a vital role in caring for patients and communities. They are often the first point of contact and provide care and support to patients throughout their journey.
Let’s show our gratitude to all the incredible nurses out there for their tireless work and commitment to keeping us healthy. 💕
